Located at No.1819 Xixing Road and adjacent to the Binjiang Government, Joyware Building is a crucial hub for regional commerce and scientific and technological innovation, integrating functions like office areas, business facilities and living amenities.

大厦主楼共计22层（地上20层、地下2层），裙楼为4层，外部采用现代简约设计，以玻璃幕墙为主，搭配铝板线条，既美观又节能。挑高的大堂宽敞明亮，阳光从镂空穹顶洒入大厅，让人豁然开朗。

There are 22 floors in total (20 above ground and 2 underground) in the main building and 4 floors in the podium building. The exterior of the building adopts a modern and minimalism design, using glass curtain walls complemented with aluminum panel lines to achieve both aesthetic attraction and energy efficiency. The high-ceilinged lobby is spacious and bright with sunshine pouring down from the perforated dome, bringing enlightening openness.

Commuting is also convenient, as the building is within walking distance of the Xingmin Station on Metro Line 6 with only 400 meters away. There are also many bus lines to avoid traffic congestions during peak hours.
