走进杭州滨江的阿里中心，浓郁的“跨境气息”扑面而来——屏幕上实时跳动着出口数据，走廊里贴着多国货币标识，中英文交织的交谈声不绝于耳。这里不仅是阿里巴巴国际站、1688等业务的“大本营”，更是滨江区唯一的省级跨境电商生态园。

The Alibaba Center in Binjiang, Hangzhou is full of the vibrant “cross-border atmosphere”—with real-time export data flashing on screens, currency signs from multiple countries lining the corridors, and constant conversations in both Chinese and English humming in the air. It is not only the headquarters for businesses like Alibaba.com and 1688.com but also the only provincial-level cross-border e-commerce ecological park in Binjiang.

而最近，随着全球跨境产业基地的正式发布，一个“买全球、卖全球”的一站式服务平台变得触手可及：从寻找爆品、开启直播，到租下第一个工位、对接产业上下游，所有环节都能在这里一气呵成。

Recently, with the official launch of Global Cross-border Industrial Base, a one-stop service platform for “buying from the world and selling to the world” has become accessible. From finding hit products and starting live-streaming, to renting the first workstation and connecting with upstream and downstream industries, all steps can be accomplished here.

在阿里中心5号楼，首先映入眼帘的是一个名为 <Y/OUR SPACE> 的开放办公区，入口处“你的跨境创业新外挂”的标识格外醒目。在这里，可选择站立或就座的工作台、保障私密的“电话亭”、随时可预约的会议室，以及飘散着咖啡香气的茶水区。“我们采用月租制、押一付一的模式，不少团队是通过社交媒体找过来的。”运营人员表示，对于快速成长的团队，基地内还预留了更为完整的独立空间。从一张工位到一层楼面，企业发展的全周期都能在此处找到归属。

In Building 5 of the Alibaba Center, an open office area called “Y/OUR SPACE” with the sign reading “Your New Aid for Cross-border Business” at its entrance is very eye-catching. Here people can find workstations flexible for standing or sitting, secure and private “phone booths”, meeting rooms available at any time and tea corners with coffee aroma. “We adopt a monthly rental system and pay-one-deposit-one payment method. Many teams reach us through social media.” Says an operations staff. For teams growing rapidly, there are more comprehensive independent spaces reserved in the base. From a single desk to an entire floor, enterprises can find a right place for their full growth circle.

有了固定工位后，如何选择适合的商品？位于5号楼2楼的1688杭州全球选品中心，给了我们答案。这里好似一个“可触摸的线上货盘”，“美妆个护”“家居百货”等分区清晰，超万个SKU（即库存保有单位，是指库存进出计量的单位，一个商品规格对应一个SKU编码）陈列其间。选品每1-2个月便会更新一轮，确保创业者看见的总是当下最具潜力的“趋势货”。这个空间不仅服务园区企业，更吸引了远方客商，之前还有云南企业特地赶来，希望把自家的产品放进展厅。

How to find the right products after getting a fixed workspace? The answer lies in the 1688 GlobalProductSelection Center on the second floor of Building 5. Like a “touchable online sourcing platform”, there are clear divisions for categories like “Beauty & Personal Care”, “Home & General Merchandise”, with over ten thousand of SKUs (Stock Keeping Units, where each product has a specific SKU code). The selection is refreshed every one or two months, ensuring entrepreneurs seeing the most promising “trendy products”. This area serves not only enterprises within the park, but also customers from afar. Previously, companies from Yunnan even made their special trip here, wishing to show their products in the exhibition hall.

转过货架，则是一间配置专业的共享直播间。从补光灯、显示屏到高清摄像头、直播电脑……全套的直播设备虚位以待，企业只需要带人过来，马上就能开播，“拎包创业”在这里成为一句实在话。

Beyond the shelves is a well-facilitated shared live-streaming room. From fill lights and screens to HD cameras and computers, a full set of equipment is ready for use. Enterprises can start their live-streaming as soon as their teams arrive, realizing the slogan of “starting a business with a single suitcase”.

而在同一楼层，全球跨境电商产业基地服务大厅以一面清晰的服务导览墙，系统性地回应了创业者“如何合规出海、怎样稳健成长”的深层需求。政务、平台、金融三大板块被整合于一厅：左侧可办理商事登记、海关咨询、政策申报与人才服务；中间链接国内外电商平台及涉外综合服务；右侧则提供财税、法律、融资贷款等关键支持。“政务+商务，园内通办”在这里不是口号，而是每天发生的日常。

On the same floor, there is a clearly marked service guide wall in the service hall of the Global Cross-border Industrial Base, which systematically answers the needs of entrepreneurs for “going global while complying with regulations and achieving steady growth”. Government affairs, platforms and finance, these three major sectors are integrated in the same hall: On the left side, people can handle business registration, customs consultations, policy applications and talent services. In the middle, the section connects home and abroad e-commerce platforms and provides comprehensive foreign-related services. On the right side, people can find crucial support such as finance and taxation, laws and regulations, as well as financing loans. “Government affairs and business service, everything within the park” is not just a slogan but daily routine here.

这里不像一个传统产业园，更像一个自带动能的“跨境创新车间”——产品、流量、手续、空间，所有要素有序陈列、即时可触，仿佛为每个出海梦想配备了一条清晰而完整的“启动流水线”，把企业出海过程中那些复杂、分散的事，变得集中、简单，让企业能把更多精力专注于市场和产品本身，更稳健地走向全球。

It is more a self-driven “cross-border innovation workshop” than just a traditional industrial park. Products, internet traffic, procedures and space, all important elements are systematically displayed and accessible, as if a clear and complete “launching assembly line” for every dream of going global. It turns complicated and fragmented tasks involved in the overseas expansion of a company into centralized and simplified procedures, allowing enterprises to focus more on the market and products themselves and allowing them to go global more steadily.
