Here comes our new episode of the series of “Enterprise Discoveries” and our destination today is the R&D Center of Lingci Medical.

沿零磁谷街向南,远远就能看到一幢现代科技感的大楼。它位于零磁谷(新天地)区域内,是国际零磁科学谷首个正式投产的项目,也是首家入驻零磁谷的企业,杭州零磁医疗设备有限公司的产研中心。
Heading south on Zero-Magnetism Valley Street, people can find a building of modern technological design from afar. Located within the Zero-Magnetism Valley (Xintiandi) area, the R&D Center of Hangzhou Lingci Medical Equipment Co., Ltd. is not only the first project officially launched in the International Zero-Magnetism Valley but also the first enterprise to settle here.
杭州零磁医疗设备有限公司由北京航空航天大学和杭州高新创业投资有限公司联合成立,基于自主研发的量子测量传感器、磁屏蔽技术等核心优势,专注于新一代零磁医疗装备的研发与生产,拥有完整的研发、生产、安装、服务产业链。
Co-founded by Beihang University and Hangzhou High-tech Venture Capital Co., Ltd., and relying on its core strengths in independently developed quantum precision measurement sensors and magnetic shielding technology, Hangzhou Lingci Medical Equipment Co., Ltd. focuses on the R&D and production of next-generation zero-magnetic medical equipment with a complete industry chain covering R&D, manufacturing, installation and after-sales service.


大楼内的楼层分工明确:一楼为零磁医疗装备整机装配与测试区域,二楼为研发和质量检测区域,三楼主要为办公区域。
Floors within the building are clearly divided according to different functions: the first floor is the assembly and testing area for zero-magnetic medical equipment, the second floor is the R&D and quality inspection area, and the third floor is mainly used as office space.



进入一楼,首先跃入眼帘的是产品集中展示区,零磁医疗生产的产品就在其中,既有体验版的心磁成像设备样机,也有心磁、脑磁成像设备等核心产品的模型机。
Immediately visible upon entering the first floor is the product exhibition area where products of Lingci Medical are displayed, including a demo machine of magnetic cardio-imaging equipment and prototypes of core products like magnetic cardio-imaging and magnetoencephalogram (MEG) equipment.

展示区旁,近千平方米的整机装配与测试区域内,工作人员正忙着安装调试卧式脑磁成像设备及舱室脑磁成像设备。这里是零磁医疗设备整机“出炉”的主要位置,也是零磁设备从成果孵化走向临床应用的“始发站”。
Next to the exhibition area lies a nearly 1,000-square-meter assembly and testing zone, where staff are busy installing and testing the horizontal MEG equipment and the cabin-type MEG equipment. It is the core area for complete zero-magnetic medical equipment production, and also the “departure station” where zero-magnetic devices transform from research incubation to clinical practice.

据了解,这些零磁医疗设备硬件的核心技术是磁屏蔽和量子精密测量。零磁医疗入驻零磁谷的工作人员中,技术人员占比50%以上。这些技术人员的核心任务,就是突破磁屏蔽和量子精密测量技术瓶颈。
It is understood that the core hardware technologies of the zero-magnetic medical equipment are magnetic shielding and quantum precision measurement. Among the staff of Lingci Medical in Zero-Magnetism Valley, technical personnel accounts for more than 50%, whose core mission is to break through the technical bottlenecks in magnetic shielding and quantum precision measurement.

在二楼的研发区域和质量检测区域,数十名工作人员在工作区域开展芯片化量子传感器的研发工作,并通过磁屏蔽桶对传感器的设计、功能等方面进行测试验证。磁屏蔽桶的关键组成部分就是传感器,最高能感知地球磁场亿分之一量级的微弱变化,能清晰“读”懂心脏和脑波微弱磁场信号,进而解析相关疾病。
In the R&D and quality inspection area on the second floor, dozens of staff members are working on the R&D of chip-scale quantum sensors and testing and validating the design and function of the sensors through magnetic shielding barrels. As the key component of the magnetic shielding barrel, the sensor is capable of detecting magnetic field variations at the level of one-hundred-millionth of the Earth’s magnetic field strength, and able to clearly “read” the faint magnetic signals from the heart and the brain, thereby enabling the analysis of related diseases.

三楼,零磁医疗的数据分析与技术研发团队在此办公。目前,零磁医疗设备已投放至全国50多家医院开展联合验证,医院将收集的磁场信号数据上传至零磁医疗数据库,由零磁医疗数据软件部的工作人员分析脱敏后的磁场信号数据,形成相关疾病的特征性信号,作为产品迭代的依据,进而加速零磁医疗设备的技术优化。
The third floor is the office site of the data analysis and technology R&D team of Lingci Medical. So far, equipment from Lingci Medical has already been applied in over 50 hospitals across the nation for joint validation. These hospitals upload the collected magnetic field signal data to the database of Lingci Medical, and staff from the data software department will analyze the anonymized data to identify characteristic signals for related diseases, which become the basis for product iteration and thereby accelerate the technological optimization of zero-magnetic medical equipment.

目前,中心已形成完整的产品矩阵,多款产品推向市场,包括:心磁成像设备、脑磁成像设备、多功能心脑磁成像设备、极弱磁细胞培养与测量设备、肌磁成像设备等,并成功取得四项医疗器械注册证,其中全球首创的心脑磁成像设备为同类唯一获证产品。
Currently, the center has established a complete product matrix with multiple products launched to the market, including magnetic cardio-imaging equipment, magnetoencephalogram (MEG) equipment, multi-functional cardio-cerebral magnetic imaging equipment, extremely-weak magnetic cell culture and measurement equipment, magnetic myo-imaging equipment and so on. The center has successfully obtained four medical device registration certificates, among which the world’s first cardio-cerebral magnetic imaging equipment is the only certified product of its kind.
