坐落于钱塘江畔的浦沿街道东信国际未来社区，是杭州市首批国际化示范社区之一，汇聚了来自53个国家和地区的外籍居民。在这里，中外邻里比邻而居、相融共生，异乡人变自家人。

Located by the Qiantang River, Dongxin International Future Community in Puyan Subdistrict is one of the first international demonstration communities in Hangzhou, gathering foreign residents from 53 countries and regions. Here, Chinese and foreign neighbors live side by side and integrate with each other, making strangers from afar feel at home.

东信国际邻里中心

走进东信国际邻里中心，双语“一滨办”窗口格外醒目，政策咨询、活动报名等各类事项一窗通办，不分国籍。这里既是办事大厅，也是会客厅——一杯热茶、一方沙发，工作人员和居民围坐而谈，倾听他们的真实需求，也拉近彼此距离。

In Dongxin International Neighborhood Center, the bilingual window of “One-stop Service in Binjiang” is very eye-catching, where various affairs including policy consultation and activity registration can be handled regardless of nationality. It is not just a service center, but also a community living room with tea and sofa forstaffandresidentsto sit down together, listen toresidents’needs and build closer bonds.

“一老一小”服务在这里尤为细致。适老化样板间、康复理疗室、针灸室、幸福学堂、理发室等配套设施齐全；婴幼儿成长驿站内，阅读区与游乐区划分清晰，中英文绘本课与科学实验交替开展，多元文化氛围成为孩子们成长的自然底色。

The care for “the elderly and children” is particularly thoughtful here. It is fully equipped with supporting facilities such as elderly-friendly model rooms, rehabilitation physiotherapy rooms, acupuncture rooms, happiness schools and barbershops. Inside the child care center, the reading area and play area are clearly divided, and bilingual picture book classes and science experiment activities are held alternately, allowing children to grow up happily in a multicultural atmosphere.

国际定丁香书院

继续往前走，便来到国际丁香书院。这里是东信社区对外文化的“金字招牌”，常态化开展汉语桥课堂、双语文化沙龙、书法茶道、汉服体验、非遗手作等特色活动，鼓励外籍居民从“参与者”转变为“主理人”。

Keep walking, and you will find the International Dingxiang Academy. As the “Golden Brand” of Dongxin Community’s international cultural exchange, there are regular featured activities such as Chinese Bridge classes, bilingual cultural salons, calligraphy and tea art sessions, Hanfu experiences and intangible cultural heritage handicraft workshops, encouraging foreign residents to shift from being “participants” to “hosts” of the community.

城市书房

藏书超5000册的城市书房已对接滨江图书馆，实现图书通借通还。英文原版书籍专区中，不少书目来自社区外籍居民的推荐与采购建议。

With a collection of over 5,000 books, the city study has been connected to Binjiang Library for inter-library borrowing and returning services. In the original English books zone, a large number of books are selected and purchased according to the recommendations of the foreign residents in the community.

微创空间

立足居民创业就业需求打造的微创空间，免费向居民、学生、初创者开放工位。

The Mini Maker Space is built for the entrepreneurship and employment needs of residents, providing free workstations for residents, students and startup founders.

这里还设有两大直播间：共富直播间开展助农直播、推广社区文创；“东信之声”里社工化身反诈主播，帮长辈守好钱袋子。

There are two main live-streaming studios here: the Common Prosperity Live Studio hosts live streams to promote local farm produce and community-branded creative goods, while the “Voice of Dongxin” studio provides anti-fraud live streams by social workers to help the elderly protect their savings.

心理咨询室

心理咨询室以特色课程、心理团辅、主题活动疏导青少年，同时还设有家长沙龙，双向守护身心健康。

The psychological counseling room offers featured courses, group psychological counseling sessions and themed activities to provide emotional guidance for teenagers. There are also parent salons, protecting physical and mental health of both sides.

社区活动中心

乘坐电梯来到负一楼，便是社区活动中心。舞蹈、羽毛球、乒乓球、老年棋牌、健身多个功能区，满足全年龄段居民文体运动、社交休闲需求。

Take the elevator down to the ‌basement‌, and you will find the community activity center. There are designated areas for dance, badminton, table tennis, a chess and card room for the elderly, a fitness zone, and more, which can meet all the cultural, sports, social and leisure needs of residents of all ages.

邻里商业街

楼下就是150米的邻里商业街，面馆、汽修、理发等这些日常小店走几步就到，周边还有超市、电影院、健身房，日常消费休闲一站式搞定。

Just outside the building, there is a 150-meter neighborhood commercial street with everyday shops like noodle restaurants, auto repair shops and barbershops, all just a few steps away, and supermarkets, cinemas and gyms nearby, allowing daily consumption and leisure needs to be met in one stop.

邻里坊里可享受缝补修鞋、公益理发、义诊等便民服务，还会不定期举办集市、露天电影等活动。一旁的新业者驿站，也为外卖、快递小哥提供了歇脚、充电、饮水的暖心去处。

The Neighborhood Workshop provides convenient services such as mending and shoe repair, free haircuts and free medical consultations, and it also holds activities like markets and open-air film screenings from time to time. The New Professionals Station nearby provides a kind resting place with charging and drinking water for food delivery and courier workers.

钱塘山水居家养老日间照料中心

钱塘山水居家养老日间照料中心，是扎根小区的嵌入式养老服务站点。站点为老年居民提供日常照护、健康管理、助餐助浴等服务，老人们白天在此阅读、运动、聊天，享受专业照料，夜晚回归家庭与儿女相伴，真正实现“原居安老”。

Qiantang Shanshui Home-based Elderly Day Care Center is an integrated elderly care service station located within the residential community, which provides elderly residents with services including daily care, health management, meal and bathing assistance. The elderly can spend their days here reading, exercising, chatting and enjoying professional care, and return home at night to stay with their children, truly realizing the vision of ‌“Aging in Place”‌.
